Yuri Romanenkov has recently earned a DBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management, defending his dissertation on network effects and design choices for platforms with a multilayer supply side.

In this fireside chat with his former student and prospective searcher, ^Searchfunder member‌, he will discuss how business owners can create and capture value on platforms.​Yuri has 15 years of experience advising senior executives and private equity investors around Europe and North America on strategy—seven of them with the Boston Consulting Group in the firm’s London, New York, Paris, and Moscow offices.

He is the Executive Vice President at the Stockholm School of Economics Riga where he chairs the Executive MBA program and the Institute for Strategy in undergraduate and executive programs across the Stockholm School of Economics network.

He also holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
