Please share what you do, where you are, what you charge, etc. A paragraph or two would be great. Searcher endorsements are encouraged in the sub-replies. I do valuation for my sell-side and buy-side clients using my software (redacted. It is one-of-a-kind "Transaction valuation" tool that does instant valuation and what-if analysis using DCF. No market data. No industry code. - BVX integrates price, cost of capital, financing, debt-service, transaction structure, etc. Two modes: 1) Deal Optimizer calculates maximum price (EBITDA multiple) and minimum equity to achieve target ROI while servicing debt. 2) Deal Quantifier calculates CF after debt-service and DSCR if one manually enters price (EBITDA multiple), available equity and debt financing. What-if analysis (few examples) a) What if equity is limited? b) What if bank/seller financing is limited, or terms change? c) What should a buyer negotiate to make the deal work? d) What if growth and/or margin assumptions do not come through? e) What if Working capital cannot be financed (poor quality financials, or SBA lender limitation)? BVX can easily show circumstances when i) Growth can reduce value ii) ROI is irrelevant I am finishing my book "Corporate Finance 2.0". Some who know the content have said that it will require all finance books to be re-written. Hint: Gordon Growth Model is wrong.
