Looking for a multiple reality-check from folks who've transacted comparable assets recently. Considering a sale in the next 3-6 months and want to calibrate expectations before running a process.

- Vertical SaaS in the Shopify/BigCommerce app space
- $75k+ MRR, crossing $1M ARR in the next few months
- 50%+ YoY growth
- 50%+ net margin ex-founder comp (contract engineering expensed)
- <1% monthly revenue churn, ~1% logo churn
- y/y acceleration of large customers
- Almost entirely organic/inbound. Small Shopify paid ad spend
- Bootstrapped
Team:
- 4 co-founders, all part-time (each has other ventures)
- 1 contract engineer
- Would require 1 FTE of work across Product Management / Customer (light weekly volume of support requests and demos). Add GTM support based on growth thesis.
Why considering a sale:
Founders are stretched across other projects. The business runs cleanly without a lot of day-to-day founder input. Open to a buyer who'd accelerate via modest paid/channel investment, or an operator who wants a durable cash-flowing asset.
