Using Tools for Accurate Valuations, Funding, etc. for EU Acquisitions

I'm wondering if there are similar tools like this that can work with biz buyers in the EU? This is a unique tool that enables SaaS companies to use a simple API to plug-in their financial data to get funding faster. I also recently wrote to them with an idea to enable buyers to invite sellers to join their profile to plug in their financial data in order to help speed up the process, for anyone else who is trying to acquire an existing business. I think it's time we found an app for this stuff to help things move faster. Interested in other perspectives on this.
