Trying to get some real insights on using LinkedIn recruiter package or Navigator package to look for potential advisors to interview for an advisory board.

The LinkedIn recruiter package is quite expensive and used by professional recruiters. I think Sales Navigator will be fine for what you are looking to do. I would expect you also have other avenues to look for advisors based on what you are looking for in terms of background, experience, and more.
