I have been running CIMs through Claude and have build quite a few tools with it for screening opportunities, financial analysis, market analysis, company information mining and overall deal discussions. In one our conversations it mentioned that this could be violating the signed NDAs as it (Claude) is not a representative of mine and can't be held accountable. So, are you using AI to review CIMs? It was saving me a lot of time until this latest discussion have given me pause. I didn't even think about it before as a violation of an NDA. Are you seeking permission from broker's to run a CIM through your AI tools?
