Company has $60m A/R included in the sale (50% collectable). Purchase price is $35m.

Could the accounts receivable be used to fund the bulk of the acquisition with the rest on a seller note?

Let me know if anyone has and recommendations or contacts that could help.

I believe very possible.

Eric Standlee, AF Vet out of Houston, does this on the regular.

He acquires SMBs himself and helps others via the AR Factoring at close method.

Certainly worth a convo with him.
