Do any operators out there have any experience in using OKR's to operationalize a strategic plan with your management team? What has worked well, and what hasn't? Any advice?

We've (newly) adopted OKRs at our company, with mixed enthusiasm from employees to date. I think it takes a couple of quarters to get the hang of them.
