Use of OKR Framework

Do any operators out there have any experience in using OKR's to operationalize a strategic plan with your management team? What has worked well, and what hasn't? Any advice?

We've (newly) adopted OKRs at our company, with mixed enthusiasm from employees to date. I think it takes a couple of quarters to get the hang of them.

Alyssa - I'm very curious to know how you integrated with your development processes. Any chance I could bug you for a few minutes one of these days?
