Is anyone familiar with the working visa's? Some of the sector's that I am looking at have staffing needs that require folks from Mexico legally working here. I know these programs exist but I don't know the ins and outs and would love to connect with someone more familiar

Thanks for the mention ^Luke Tatone‌ I am not an expert here. For my own immigration to the US from UK, I have consulted with few immigrations’ lawyers. Out of that David Hireson Partners were very helpful and they offered me a 30-minute free consultation and answered my questions. Although I have immigrated in another route, and I would recommend https://www.hirsonimmigration.com

I looked closely at a business with this requirement. Ended up dropping off post-LOI and I never hired a immigration attorney, but did consult with my lawyer on it. You will likely need to do a stock sale to maintain visa quotas; for one type the entity is not guaranteed the visas each year but they are generally allocated similar to past years, for the other type they are guaranteed. Speaking specifically about H2A and H2B - I can't remember which is which
