US tax lawyers for SF transactions

Hi all, Who are the tax lawyers most commonly used by the SF community for the set up and implementation of transaction structures in the US entailing a traditional structure (DE LP checking the box as C-Corp buying into a US OpCo)? Interested to get views on the lawyers that searchfunders typically work with in the US (in particular the ones that are more friendly with SF fee/scheme wise)

We have many attorneys that specialize in M&A as part of the DueDilio network. Having said that, I have not seen a lot of providers that work strictly on success fee basis.
