US BTC OTC

We are currently working with a broker here in the US who is sitting on a range of BTC wallets that sum up to 300k in total all from FINRA registered institutions. We are looking for buyers who have the purchasing power to acquire wallets that range from 4k BTC to 180k BTC. Since the sellers are regulated and so is the broker, they are requesting SPA agreements, contracts, Proof of funds from the buyers.

We are also looking to start an OTC desk between us and the sellers as we have ran into many buyers who are unwilling to comply with these requirements. For this, we are looking for a $30m loan to provide as proof of funds and act as the OTC desk as the sellers through our broker are specifically requiring $30 million shown up front as a proof of funds
