US-based accounting firm suggestions for IT deals

We have a couple of acquisition targets in the US and India that have reached Purchase Agreement phase. We are looking for an accounting firm (preferably with international footprint) to help us with the Financial documentation, Fund Administration and in closing the deals.

We are also looking for due diligence services for the upcoming acquisitions as well. Can anyone suggest a good Accounting firm.
