US and Canada Tax Professional

I’m looking for a CPA that has experience working with clients in both the US and Canada and is familiar with Canadian practices. I have a client who is looking to acquire a medical practice in the US but lives in Canada (they are a dual citizen). Looking for someone/a group who has worked in healthcare or has great knowledge of tax laws in both countries. Any recommendations of firms would be helpful!
