Hello Searchfunders, can someone recommend a post closing acquisition lawyer for a business that is not being turned over. to me the buyer. We've reached 90 days post close and still have nothing to show for it.

Unfortunately I have to post anonymously for obvious reasons.

If you had a legal advisor, you ought to talk with him or her first. Even if that business attorney isn't a litigator, they likely have one in their network. If you didn't have a legal advisor, then you'll need to retain a litigating attorney who can practice in the state that is defined in the purchase agreement. If that happens to be Michigan, feel free to DM me for a couple of recommendations.

Hi Anonymous - Really sorry to hear that this has happened. I've handled a number of post-closing disputes, but would definitely need more information about your situation. I have a pretty deep litigation team that can handle stuff like this in the event we need to take it to court (obviously the hope is we wouldn't need it to get there). Shoot me an email redacted or DM me.
