Update: from Searcher to Investor

Along my searching journey, I shared my concept with a HNWI friend. Long story, short— he thought I needed to be thinking bigger. He committed a cash infusion, we formed a funds few months back and recently secured our first electrical services company in Texas. The operators will stay on to operate. We are focused on this deal and transition, but will be looking to add another home services industry company (HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical services) within the next 15 months. Ideal company is $750-$1.5m SDE, ideally in Texas (but not required). We did utilize a buy side broker for 1st business. But, this community has been great. Got our broker recommendation from here. Formed a master mind commmittee done here and got great advice. Met another tech partner on here (AI Max). It’s been a while so I posted, just wanted to send the update. I appreciate this place 🙌
