Hi All! Just wanted to post about having a few upcoming presentations and webinars. 1. I'm co-presenting about Tax Considerations in Business Entity Selection: Advantages and Disadvantages for Counsel and Advisers (https://www.barbri.com/course/professional-development/cle-cpe/tax-considerations-in-business-entity-selection-advantages-a_2025-11-13) on November 13 at 1p EST. It's $147 but I have a few codes that will make it free, so email me if you're interested (also CLE/CPE if that's interesting). 2. I'm presenting four webinars that our marketing person titled Advanced Tax Strategy Series with Matthew Foreman (https://frblaw.com/register-for-the-advanced-tax-strategy-series-with-matthew-foreman/). They're all free.
