Unveiling Our New Mini-Series: Due Diligence Uncovered

A few months ago, we set out to create a mini series where we interviewed previous Rapid Diligence clients and dove into their acquisition stories, including the nuances of the search process, insights into the due diligence process, and a reveal of life post-acquisition.
For this first episode, we sat down with Sudheer and dove into his journey transitioning from his corporate role at Amazon to his new life as an acquisition entrepreneur, the lessons he learned along the way, and things he wished he had done differently.
Sudheer was one of my favorite people to work with. His ability to stay calm and collected throughout what I considered to be a fairly difficult first acquisition was admirable.
