I own a business in the construction sector and am looking for an unsecured line of credit.
My business is profitable and we will do around $1M in Net profit this year with around
$8,000,000 in revenue.
We have a line of credit at the moment and I have a personal guarantee against it.
I would like to explore unsecured line of credit options and also increasing the amount from $200,000 up
to $400,000 or $500,000.

Another route would be to take any assets you have (real estate, machinery, etc.) and create a financing package that leverages those assets and gives you the cash you need with a credit line.
