Hi Everyone, I'm considering the UK to invest in search funds and working through my research of the local ETA landscape - particularly credit. Does anyone have a list of ETA friendly lenders in the UK? Even better, is any familiar with the UK SMB lending landscape - particularly loan underwriting. What leverage, FCCR, cost, maturity, etc. are good assumptions to use for modeling purposes? Edit: Target loan size is UK$2-UK$5 million.
