Unique Deal Flow?

Has anyone had success finding unique deals in the SearchFunder Deals tab that aren't available publically? 95% of the time I've either seen the deal elsewhere or I can find it listed on various business opportunity site or at the original source broker website. I am fine with paying to see deals that not freely available elsewhere. Just wanted some thoughts from folks.

Also I am looking for SaaS companies with around 1M EBIT, 6+ years of existence, and stable growth in user base.

^Searchfunder member‌ I am not critical of the platform/features, rather I am trying engage the member community by asking about uniqueness of deal flow. Also why would I message the intermediaries here when I can view 95% of them publicly elsewhere and engage as well. The whole point is around uniqueness.
