UK traditional search fund investors/terms

Hi all, I am flirting between a self-funded vs. traditional search. Does anybody know who are the typical traditional investors in the UK, or is it more so a case of going to family offices/LMM PEs and pitching them directly? Also, do they use the typical 8/8/8% vesting structure? Thanks!

Con firm that traditional SF terms are the same than in the US and are the same globally AFAIK
