Does anyone have experience starting a search in the UK as a non-national and searching on a Start Up, Innovator or Skilled worker visa in UK?

Would love to ask you some questions about who helped you with the endorsement

Dear Kelsey, It appears you are Australian? I believe there are two options, if you are a bit older you can claim a right to abode in the UK. If you are a bit younger you can look towards the Youth Mobility Visa. Finally, if neither of these are appealing you could raise investment, even for a self funded search, for a broken deals fund for at least £50,000 and provide the investors (A) some type of step-up and (B) right of first refusal. It would be fair to say the search investors in the UK have fewer people to back and might be more open then you might expect. The first port of call for traditional search investors in the UK would be Simon Webster, and via that route I am sure you can navigate sponsorship.

^redacted‌ I believe I understand what you mean. I do not have specific information on UK. But US and Canada both has Startup Accelerator Visa, which qualifies residence status upon completion of some enrolment procedures with incubators. If you google search for UK I believe you will find some source for it as well. This specific type does not require you to be an existing visa holder of the countries I mentioned above. Hope this helps
