UK M&A Research and Deal Origination Intro

Hello Searchfunder community. I've just joined and wanted to introduce myself. I work at Ascent Corporate Research Limited in the UK. We work with M&A advisers and private equity & search fund investors by providing a range of M&A analyst and Deal Origination exec work. Our daily tasks include valuation work, exit analysis, M&A searches, off-market and on-market deal origination (deal sourcing). Examples of our work include working with PE-backed companies CEOs to identify and approach bolt-on acquisition targets. Other work includes increasing deal flow for search funds based in the UK by connecting them with on-market deal opportunities from the many M&A advsiers and business brokers.
