UK due diligence: Legal + Tax

Hi UK searchers,

I am in the closing stages of acquiring a business and need to instruct both Tax and Legal due diligence. While I know many firms from my background in lending, can anyone recommend firms that they have experience with who operate at a fair price in this space?
