Sale agreed in principle on a profitable UK cleaning franchise based in Sheffield. The business generates £450,000 in revenue with £65,000 EBITDA. The deal is structured with £100,000 of owner financing already in place, significantly de-risking the transaction. I am raising the remaining £25,000 downpayment to complete the acquisition. This is a straightforward capital ask with a clear use of funds. The business has an established customer base, recurring contract revenue, and a proven operating model under a recognised franchise brand. I am looking for one or more investors to contribute to the £25,000 equity requirement. I am open to discussing return terms depending on the investor's preference.
