Hi everyone,

I am looking for information on bank funding for SMB acquisitions for self funded search in the UK.

The US market focussed around SBA loans which do not exist in the UK so keen to understand the UK funding model / alternatives?

I would agree with Mike - Banks will play a role once you have a track record and sizeable funding requirement but not for the initial buy. I would add Thincats to the list above from Mike and maybe Triple point. An alternative might be royalty finance - check out DukeRoyalty although min ticket size is close to £5m
