Types of businesses that benefit from scaling a sales team?
With an eye on adding value to a business, I’m trying to figure out where to focus my search. I have a strong background in sales enablement and education: I’ve recruited, trained, managed, and led a sales team of 20 to great effect. Does anyone have any ideas on the types of businesses that would benefit from my experience?
