TX attorney rec for flat-fee APA review on a very small asset deal

I'm under LOI on a small asset purchase in Texas (sub-$50K, buying a fifty-year-old geoscience data business from a retiring founder). Terms are fully agreed and I have a complete term sheet plus four short bespoke exhibits (a provenance declaration, a data-license assignment, a charitable name license-back, and the §1060 allocation for Form 8594). I'm looking for a Texas transactional attorney (ideally a solo or small firm) who can populate a short form APA from my term sheet, add the exhibits, and review the closing set at a flat fee. Any lawyers here that do this kind of work, or has anyone here closed a small Texas asset deal and can recommend a lawyer? Thanks in advance!
