Position 1: Post-MBA (LOI Analysis) – Analytical Support Role We are seeking an MBA student or finance-savvy undergrad to support key analyses during the LOI phase of our target acquisition: an industrial company. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed company-related analytics to support decision-making. Perform minor commercial due diligence (CDD). Take ownership of key diligence processes, gaining invaluable real-world experience. Requirements: Strong finance knowledge and analytical skills. Hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently. Enthusiasm for working on a live deal and understanding the intricacies of a real transaction. This is an excellent opportunity to gain direct exposure to the diligence process and contribute meaningfully to a live deal. Position 2: Undergrad Intern – CRM & Operations Support We are also looking for an undergrad intern to take on a part-time, flexible position supporting CRM management and operational efficiency (approximately 10 hours per week). Key Responsibilities: Update and maintain the CRM system, including cleaning duplicates and ensuring data accuracy. Research and populate missing contact details (emails, LinkedIn profiles, etc.). Help ensure smooth operational workflows by coordinating minor administrative tasks. Requirements: Detail-oriented and organized. Comfortable with basic CRM tools (or eager to learn).
