I have secured financing for 70% of the purchase price. Looking for $3mm for 15% PIK Note (5% up front fee) to complete this acquisition. Very attractive IRRs for prospective financing parties. Class A locations and just 3-4 years old. 25% EBITDA margins! Have a verbal agreement with seller. Looking to close ASAP..
