Hi Searchfunder community,
We're working with a boutique sell-side bank that wanted to assess the market for a quasi-turnaround situation in which a $24m revenue plumbing contractor that had previously done ~$3m in EBITDA has declining margins largely due to increasing COGS. It is down to only ~$0.3m in EBITDA as of the latest TTM period, but has had decent revenue stability. Company is based in the Tri-State area.
