Does anyone have any templates, resources, or transition plan materials to present to an owner/operator seller? If our team's advantage is a quicker, more convenient transition, what might be the best way to present that?

I’d start with what you think the sellers’ BATNAs (best alternative to a negotiated agreement) look like. Then, compare yourself favorably to that.
