Transferring a Healthcare business in Florida

Does anyone have experience in transferring a healthcare business in Florida? I understand that we'll need to put an MSO in place during the AHCA approval process, but haven't seen how that is executed in practice. If anyone has experience I would appreciate some guidance:
o What are the risks that the owner would be exposed to with the new owner managing the practice under an MSO while the AHCA transfer process takes place? o What would we pay for the owner to maintain the MSO in place? Is there a “normal” fee for her to accept to carry the MSO for a length of time or would you expect that to be part of the purchase price? o What would be the responsibilities of either party under the MSO?
