Training program for ETA

I’m looking for a good training program that would cover various topics such as target identification, target valuation, SBA funding, etc. I’m just starting out my search, I would like to attend a boot camp if such a thing exists I do have lots of big company, experience incl. M&A and turn arounds - but transferring that to small companies, I would love to learn from other experiences

There are a lot of free materials out there that you can access to understand search in more detail. Recommended ones that I found help would be the Stanford Search Primer, Walker Deibel's book Build vs Build and AJ Wasserstein at Yale has a lot of good short articles related to search topics that cover most areas.
