For traditional search, how many investors do you need to talk to/get money from? 10? 12?
Do you need to have all of them approve of the deal to have it go through?
If hypothetically only 1 investor out of the entire batch was interested in the deal (but you presented it to all of them), could you technically find one other investor to cover the entire acquisition?
