I recently developed a search fund: Val Mountain, LLC. Val Mountain is an opportunistic fund looking for investors for the search phase. Val Mountain is focused on investors looking to acquire $2 million to $5 million in EBITDA with initial Enterprise Values ranging from $12 million to $25 million. I believe Val Mountain offers interesting opportunities over the next 2 years.
