Trade Print Valuation Multiples

Any good insights on valuation multiples for print businesses? I’m specifically looking at a few $1-2mm EBITDA opportunities, mostly with a focus on trade printing (i.e., serving retail print shops, print brokers NOT end consumers). Much appreciated - Scott

Scott, I acquired a printing business through a search and sold it a year ago. I can also see if I still have access to an industry-specific M&A report I used to get. Happy to chat.

Two resources: BVR transactions (available on Searchfunder) and Graphic Arts Advisors (M&A specialists in the category) has a good newsletter.
