Tracking email open/forward/click rates

Hi all. I'm looking for tips/tricks for measuring success of cold email outreach (other than response rate).

I'm using Outlook and going to be using Pipedrive. Looking for analytics on:
1) Open rate / forward rate
2) Clickthrough rate if I put a link in the email
3) Tools to check DMARC, SPF, and DKIM settings, and assure that emails aren't going to spam folders.

I have found https://www.streak.com/ in combination with Google workspace works well.

GMass has all of those features but I am not sure if it has an integration with Outlook.
