What is the best CRM to support proprietary search?

I'm currently implementing Pipedrive and Lemlist to structure my proprietary search activity and looking to connect with other searchers to share best practices to set up these tools (and/or other tools) efficiently to best manage the workflow/dealflow .

We use Zoho, a bit complex to set-up but great balance on functuanallity/price.
