Tools for Target Pipeline Management?

Hello, I'm curious what you all use for tracking your pipeline of deal opportunities? To track who you have reached out to, who you'd like to reach out to, deals rejected, accepted, notes on each deal, etc. In the past, I have just used Excel, but as the team has grown and more people are involved, I'm looking for something a bit more advanced and easy to collaborate and prepare reports on. I'm considering using Monday.com - are there any platforms anyone would recommend?

I used Pipedrive personally. Clean and easy to use. Reasonably priced. Hubspot felt like overkill for my needs.

Hubspot and Pipedrive are widely used tools. Automations can be setup between your CRM and outreach/sales tool. An example workflow is that you upload the leads into your outreach tool and begin the outreach process. If the person responds the automations trigger and a deal is created in your CRM from there you can manage the pipeline with a mix of automations and manual adjustments. You can setup stages as per your need
