Today's rabbit hole: venture debt for a buy-and-build. First time reviewing. I've spent a bit of time on M&A, but venture debt is newer territory for me. Looking for a few people who've seen these before to sanity-check whether the commercial terms are broadly in market, and whether anything jumps out as unusual.
