Does anyone have experience to talk to financial institutions, when looking to merge your own company to other industry member?

You would basically approach it as a request to finance a business acquisition and then evaluate the terms of the merger to determine the cash requirements. The bank would ultimately require financial reporting on a combined basis, and potentially a QoE, depending on the size.
