Hi!
I acquired a specialist logistics company a couple years ago.
Great reputation, grown through word-of-mouth etc.
But I wonder as an operator, any strategies or tips for getting existing customers to actively refer new customers?
I'm thinking more of direct referrals, as opposed to google reviews, testimonials published on our website etc
Would love to hear anything that's worked :)

#1 thing is tell them how to refer people to you. It sounds simple but it makes a big difference.

Send out an email with easy instructions on how to send referrals and how appreciated they are. Reiterate that message when you have check-ins, when you get good feedback, or just on a quarterly schedule. You can couple that with referral credits to incentivize them even more.
