Thanks for the tag Luke. Unfortunately, I haven't closed a deal so not sure here. What I can say is that I usually like to talk to my investors prior to signing an LOI to get a better sense of what they think and if there are any issues that they're worried about if we go ahead with the deal. It's hard to say how long it might take to find investors. Factors such as he business, market, profitability, management, experience, etc. will all impact the availability of investors. Without any background on the types of investors you're looking for and a little information about the business any response would just be a guess.
