Thoughts on the pest control space?

Has anyone who has looked into or acquired in the pest control space willing to share their thoughts on the space? Is it still attractive for searchers, i.e. any significant multiple creep, overly competitive processes, etc.? Thoughts on residential vs commercial plays? Key diligence items to look out for, or any general commentary derived from diligence efforts? Thank you!

I wonder if people realize there are free IBIS industry reports available here... which costs 100s of dollars, based on the above questions.. I assume not! wow, the answers are in the reports!
