Anyone here used QSBS for an acquisition? Thinking of electing to be taxed as a c-corp to access the benefits.
The conventional wisdom is that QSBS is not tax efficient if you intend to make distributions... but if the balance of your MOIC is coming via a sale, going QSBS seems to pencil even with the double tax layer.
Anyone open to chatting about this? All thoughts welcome.
