We’ve been getting a lot of inbound lately.
Most of it sounds like this:
1. I’m just getting started and would love to learn more.
2. Do you offer guidance to self-funded searchers?
3. I’d be open to a call if you can walk me through your model.
Here’s the short version.
A. We’re not a coaching group.
B. We’re not an advisory shop.
C. We don’t take calls just to explain what is already working.
We’re building an acquisition platform focused around Healthcare and execution backed, but as mentioned before, will entertain other industries if the deal is being led by the other party.
We’re about 150 days out from closing our first clinic in a CPOM-restricted state, with backend infrastructure, operator alignment, and legal structure already in motion.
No theory here, it's live fire.
If you’re full time, actively sourcing, and serious about plugging into a system that already exists, there may be a path.
But if you’re still figuring out your thesis, unsure about ownership tradeoffs, or uncomfortable with the idea that equity is earned through contribution, not just capital, we're not your team.
We’ve already had searchers pass on the opportunity because they didn’t understand the trade, which is completely fine because we’re not here to explain leverage to people who want to keep 100% of the risk.
Verdira is not the place for people looking for support.
It’s the place for people ready to build, with us, not beside us.
