The Governor Resort

The Governor Resort HoldCo ("The Governor") is seeking up to USD 10,000,000 in convertible equity to acquire and develop +170 acres on the island of Eleuthera near Governor's Harbour in the Bahamas into an eco-friendly, uber-luxury 5-star resort. The Governor is the vision of Paul A Linden, an independent sponsor, and former experience creation executive with IMG, the leader at developing unmatched experiences in sports, events, and lifestyles to the world. For the project, Mr. Linden has partnered with the award-winning design firm Luxury Frontiers, the global leader in experiential resorts. CONFIDENTIAL will be providing the project financing, as well as participating as an up to USD 20,000,000 JV equity partner.
