The Data Axle tab shows "Max credits of 1,000". Is that all-time or the most you can bank at once?

Trying to decide how frugal to be with my Data Axle usage. It looks like you get 100 credits per month, which makes sense to me. I don't know how to interpret the "Max Credits of 1,000" language. It could mean that you can't ever have more than 1,000 credits at a time and your 100 per month stop accruing, or it could mean that you accrue 1,000 total as a Searchfunder member and don't get any more, or it could mean something completely different.

Also, the whole thing is just to prevent people from scraping we want you to be able to access a lot if you are a legit user. So you get 100 / month for EACH month. So for the first month you get 100, for the 2nd month you get 200 but even if you use them, you still have 300 for the 3rd month. So from the 10th month forward, you have 1000 per month.
