The best, cheapest QofE and Legal Diligence

Hi guys - I wanted to shout out Jim Cummings, the founder of a new platform for accounting, legal, customer/sales and e-commerce diligence. https://usepelorus.com/ https://www.linkedin.com/in/cummings2/ I've known Jim for close to ten years as he was the founder of Ampla, which was a lending option that I used to help get LIMITLESS (a beverage company I started) to an exit to Keurig Dr Pepper. I just used Jim / Pelorus for my third feed mill acquisition and the output is by far the most comprehensive for the bang for the buck. This is literally going to change the ETA game because now we can do much of this diligence up front, and then use the results to negotiate better deals with sellers.
